7:00 - 8:15pm Naked Restorative & Relaxation...Restorative yoga is about slowing down and opening the body through passive stretching, hardly moving at all, doing just a few postures in the course of the class. During these long holds, your muscles relax deeply. It's a completely different feeling from other types of yoga classes since props are used to support your body instead of your muscles. Restorative classes are very mellow, making them a good complement to more active practices and an excellent antidote to stress. Classes will begin with gentle seated vinyasa to loosen everything up but then will move into Restorative postures.
10:30 - 11:45am Men's Clothed Yoga... Vinyasa flow style. Yoga to build strength and stamina while getting a good stretch emphasis on breath work and body awareness.
Noon - 1:15pm Naked Nooner Yoga... Vinyasa flow style. Yoga to build strength and stamina while getting a good stretch emphasis on breath work and body awareness.

We are on the 2nd floor above the Lemongrass Restaurant. The entrance to the studio is on the north side of the building off of E. Barclay St.
Please be sure to bring the following to class:
There is plenty of street parking available, especially on 13th Avenue.
~ yoga mat (or rent one for $1)
~ towel (or rent one for $1)
~ bottle of water
~ $15 (please pay with cash only) or your punch card
~ your freshly showered self (no cologne or strong odors, please)
~ an empty stomach (try not to eat for at least 1 hour prior to class)
The cost for a drop-in class is $20 or $180 for a punch card of 10 classes. Please pay with cash or check only. Punch cards are good for 6 months. Any unused classes at the end of 6 months will expire.
Please arrive 10 - 15 minutes before class begins to register, fill out the waiver form, warm up, and get settled in. Doors will be locked promptly when class begins.
